If you on the social club and own a garage you can get an Elegy for free. Probably the most you'll get from a car at that level.

you brehs who are bypassing the intended experience to glitch your way to riches don't feel like you are cheating yourselves??
after you attain it all then what? no addend incentive to complete missions... you'll be bored with a great game in a matter of weeks.
I read posts of people saying the game is repetitive like . then i remember dudes are spending hours in mod shops glitchin.
