I was going to go but had work in the morning. :flabbynsick:

What was it like?

Was liveo, he had singers and a band but the live instrumentation made some of the tracks better live, he performed all of the tracks from that mixtape and did 2 new tracks and an old acpella , had his aunt singing on one track and had one song dedicated to his mother
this one

his mum came out the crowd and gave ghetts a hug on stage:blessed:

when he did top 3 selected shyt got mad, everyone was hype and than he did the remix , kano scorcher and mercston came out

was good tho cause it shows you grime guys can possibly do more mixtape/album type shows in full

It's a a shame Ghetto/Ghetts hasn't really seen that much success with his music. He's probably one of the most influential MC's ever tbh. Circa '06 - '08 he was EVERYONES favourite MC. He was kinda the reason why a lot of MC's started sounding the same, everyone wanted to spit like him.

Not to mention when everyone was making those horrendous sell out electro tunes he was still making real music but a lot of Grime fan boys just turned their nose up at it and called it "bait hip hop" smh

If Skepta could go the independent route and see success then Ghetts can as well IMO really hope he's able to get where he deserves with music.
