22:00 - 22:30 are P Money shots, whole set takes me back. I really appreciate Westwood, he doesn't get his adequate respect.

I was thinking this the other week.

As far back as I can remember Westwood has always gone out of his way to support Grime and give guys a platform. At one point he was the only DJ on mainstream/commercial radio that played Grime and let guys have sets on his show. Who remembers the when he first let Roll Deep on his show :russ:

But nah Westwood is a legend. Done so much for UK music/Grime.

Tbh it's taken over Grime as the UK's main thing IMO

May as well change topic title to The UK Rap/GrimeThread, it's all just one big thing these days.

nah we shouldn't blur the lines tbh, a lot of people are confused which is which

im a grime purest i dont like uk rap much

Yeah genre wise they're two different things, I'm just saying theres more of a 'UK scene' atm. A lot of guys just seem to dabble in both. Look at Mist's FITB lol

Dunno if I'm the only one but I find it so force when UK interviewers ask Americans who they're feeling over here. Charmalagne specialises in gossip not music, so I don't see why he's tryna get an opinion about UK rappers out of him.
Yeah I hate when English outlets ask American celebs for their opinion on the UK scene, it kinda comes off as begging for approval tbh.
