I've been playing offline more and more now, trying to reach 100%. Sucks that they just flat out won't give us single player dlc but oh well.


Can't even play online lol I can be shooting someone down then they can suddenly turn around and kill me in a second should really invest more time in online and see whats going on.

I've never cared for online other than spurts of wondering what's going on.

I avoided buying the oppressor 2 cuz I was nice w/o it but it makes destroying lobbies all the more fun tho lol...only problem is it gets me in bad sport quicker which is unfair...why am I warned for blowing up other military vehicles that are being used to attack me??????

I wasn’t able to buy it because I’d always get destroyed trying to grind...I found a community that just grinds GTA together and leveled all the way up...I’m talking opp MK2, tank, fort zancudo bunker/hangar, nightclub, casino penthouse, large warehouse, vehicle warehouse, coke and meth biz...

Twitch Prime and the Casino update got me back into this, wild how much depth this game has now.

I have all the properties (turned off weed and forged documents because they're not worth it) so I don't get spammed phone calls anymore, and I haven't got into Arena War. Make about 400-600k a runthrough of buying supplies/selling gunbunker-coke-meth-cash-nightclub. If I'm waiting, I'll do Piracy Prevention or rob some bank robbers for 30K.

Sitting on 4 mil with a lot of mobility, thanks to that 2X on Black Friday week. I got everything I need, and upgraded, save for the Vigilante.

What’s this?

Essentially, R* fukked up the hardcode of the Act 2 Finale (Bogdan). People figured out that the game first deposits the money to your player, and only after that initiates the 'save' and completion of that mission. Players were able to pinpoint the moment when this occurs, because R* tells you with a quick message after the mission is done. Essentially, you can quickly unplug your Ethernet cord to lose connection (Some people use programs to spoof the disconnect), plug it back in, go back online and it would be as if you didn't complete the mission, but you have the money. This is the host doing the disconnect. Only needs 2 players. People further figured out quick shortcuts in the mission, making it much faster. There are a number of different methods to getting it done, but all the same concept.

Working - Act 2 Repeat Glitch

Many other solutions on Youtube etc. R* has not bothered to fix it and no bans, there's no outside program 'modding' the game, you're just losing connection.
