Denser traffic is part of the graphical overhaul...old gen systems just couldn't handle that many vehicles at once...
I'm waiting to cop this on PC but my wife picked it up for the PS4 yesterday and I got to say that the graphical overhaul + all the extra little cool shyt really does make this feel like a different game...
