I might be wrong.. At first i couldnt pull out a gun in a strip club but if you go outside and pull it out then go back in you can shoot it up

You cant rob stores i just tried.. You have to arm the gun outside and even then you can only shoot the teller.. As far as banks i dont even see them on the map
