Yeah will definitely be rolling for him... and Mona if she gets a banner next month

Mona is currently on the standard banner as a featured character. The common opinion is standard banner doesn't have a "rate up" for any character but I got Mona and Keqing from the standard banner....and they're both featured characters this month. So I'm not sure I believe that.

Right. That's how I feel too. I got Mona off this featured banner off a single pull at that, after like 3-4 tries. They gotta be somehow secretly rated up.

Zhongli's banner popped up for me last night on the west coast.

I just pulled Diluc the other night when trying to get Mona. I was like, huh? He wasn't on the bannner.
He's nice tho

Zhongli seemed.....kinda boring lol, but I'm sure he's dope if you learn him. I was still killing shyt way faster with Diluc.

Zhongli isn’t a main DPS. He’s supposed be used like Venti as an ult spammer.

Diluc is still the best DPS in the game

but to be honest most characters in this game are viable so just go with the ones you find cool/enjoy. Zhongli is cool to me.

Shiiiieeet, you know how hard it is to get 5* dupes?! You get all their constellations up then they're usually even more godly. I have no dupes of any 5*s and rarely get a dupe of a character that I use. Instead, I get fukking basic bytchass Barbara.

Any banners with "featured" characters still have all the normal 4* and 5* characters and weapons. The only exception is special character or weapon banners like Venti, Wolf's Gravestone, etc.

I figured I just didn't understand how to use him, how it usually goes for me in these games.

Venti is gone until they re-release his banner. He can't be gotten from any other banner.
