I'll never use Barbara and I've been saving all rolls for itto so will be waiting for freedom sworn whenever it shows up again if it does

Should come back around on his re-run, unless they create a potential new best in slot for him. I doubt it, but they've done it for Albedo (although both swords from Albedo's events were 4*). I think Childe's second re-run came with a new bow as well IIRC, but I don't think he had a 5* weapon specifically for him and people just used Skyward Harp on him
I'm not sold on Itto and I like his design, but I don't like taunt skills for my damage dealers. Also, I still want to see how a geo damager dealer fares when compared to damage dealers that can provoke reactions like melt and vaporize. Itto's going to have to hit like a truck to keep up, so I'll wait to see his numbers

I tend to just level up characters who play style I like rather than the most OP.
Plus I love Geo characters despite the fact they don't have the best reactions there design is the most swagged out.
From what I've read the best team comp will be 3 Geo and something like Fischl.
I plan on going Ning, Gorou, itto and Zhongli

def the best approach and what I always recommend. I just check numbers cause I play irregularly and the enemies HP pool keeps going up, but generally speaking I’m the same but more for Polearm characters rather than element type. Polearm characters are my favorite type, it helps that there’s quite a few of them.
I assume Itto will work like Eula where it's just straight brute force.
Obviously she can do Superconduct and he can't but her elemental damage is negligible.

That’s the thing though, superconduct is actually a good reaction for Eula, no? Most of her damage is physical damage so superconduct reducing enemies physical damage resistance by 40% is huge for her and helps her achieve those ridiculous numbers she does.
Without the ability to do that Itto’s damage multipliers will have to be crazy, although the new artifact set and Gorou (as well as Itto’s weapon) seem to be tailored to help with this, so we’ll see.
Guy might end up being a monster. Full geo team might end up impossible to die with, Zhongli shield and a bunch of guys that scale with DEF

I see your point but there's a lot more physical resistant enemies in the game than geo resistant so it kinda necessitates Superconduct for Eula.
Since Itto isn't out yet, I have a bunch of random artifacts I'll need to try out (geo vs def goblet, def sands vs attack sands, crit damage vs crit dmg head piece) but as of right now the Husk set on Albedo has 3,200 DEF (with his new sword) and 53% crit, 125% crit damage.
Low attack (1,196) but Itto's attack scales off his DEF so that won't be an issue.
Anyway, with those artifacts on Itto it'll be 2.600 DEF, crit rate 77%, 213% crit damage with his weapon. Which ain't bad.

I'm going after Itto, his weapon, and C6 Gorou.
I have great stats on the artifact set for Itto but DEF cup instead of geo. Gonna continue to farm the set later today.
