I dropped a hundo since I hadn't spent any money on the game since I been back and got her 30 pulls in.

Can't do anything with her at the moment because I'm low on everything trying to get Diluc to 80.

I read all that and was happy for you and had questions about her... then you mentioned a possible Venti banner and I lost all train of thought. I'm glad I saw this post before I went crazy for Hu Tao.

I will absolutely sell out for Venti, he is the must have of must haves.

I've had OkCode's twitch stream up for a bit, I like what I see from Hu Tao so far, but he is a massive whale so its hard to gauge how well she would be for me. Have you leveled up your Staff of Homa and equipped it on Hu Tao in the pic above?

As far as Venti, so far that's a rumor. But there's a Mondstadt festival coming like the 17th, similar to the Lantern Festival. And the celebration revolves around Venti, apparently.

Also rumor has it the next weapon banner is this bow:

Which also references Venti.

Plus all the streamers say "I'm hearing there will be a character re-run soon" but most of them won't specifically say Venti because they don't want to get in trouble.

Yeah, Staff Of Homa is level 90.

If you want Hu Tao go for it man. I wouldn't even pay attention to whales, there's people with C0 Hu Tao and a 4* weapon (Blackcliff) doing like 170k.

My Hu Tao is gonna be nasty as fukk because I got Staff Of Homa plus damn near a perfect set of Crimson Witch artifacts already on Diluc, which I'm gonna give to her.

If you need a DPS I'd put Diluc on hold and funnel all your resources into Hu Tao.

I don't understand mihoyo's obsession with Keqing.
I had the same problem with Xiao. Got Keqing on his banner, never got him.

Then they did a whole Keqing banner.

Then you got Keqing on Hu Tao's banner.

It's like....get this bytch outta my face man.

Man Hu Tao at 70 is damn near out damaging Diluc already, and he's at 90.

She's pretty nuts.

25,709 HP at level 70 (with the +20% HP from Staff Of Homa + an HP% artifact)

1,582 attack. Guide To Afterlife (-30% HP) raises it to 2,688. Keep in mind this number will keep going up as she gains more HP and I level up her skills.

2,945 attack if her HP is below 50%, from Staff Of Homa.

The only two downside so far are:

1. With the set up I have my damage is crazy but my energy recharge is trash so she can't use her elemental burst that often.

2. Every time you use Guide To Afterlife it's an additional -30% HP so she dies easily.

Might look into a different artifact set up to balance damage and elemental burst, because that heals her.

Anyway, so far she's dope as fukk.

I may never play co-op again once I pull Venti. I'm at the point where I may not attempt any more pulls for Hu Tao just to keep myself 40 away from pity. I need that kind of OP in my life.

Played with her more today.
Tried an attack % piece instead of HP % and it gave me 4 more attack.

HP will win more and more as I level up her talents.

As far as energy recharge, that seems to be a problem with the character in general. I see a lot of people mentioning it.

They gave her one flaw, I guess. Oh well, at level 70 she's washing most everything at World Level 8.

So she has almost 30k hp but you play with her at ~15k hp to get the attack boost? How many SoH's have you pulled, is it just the one so far? I feel like I need to pull 10 more of these things, they are so damn strong.

Got her on my very first 10 pull, which was only at 51.

Could only take her to 60 because I don't have enough Silk Flowers smh.
I don't understand why some flowers and ores have a million places to farm them, and others (like Silk Flower) only have 30 or so, every 48 hours.
Now I'm wondering if I should save the rest of my primogems for Venti who is supposedly returning later this month....or go back to the weapon banner for Wolf's Gravestone.

When you use her elemental skill it's -30% of her current HP which gives you +3% of your max HP as attack. At skill level 1. It goes up to 7.75% at skill level 15.

Also all her attacks are pryo damage while her elemental skill is up, and doing charge attacks leave a Blood Blossom on the enemy, which hits them with pyro damage every 4 seconds.

And if she's at 50% or less HP you get an additional +33% pyro damage bonus.

Also, at lower HP her elemental burst does a lot more damage, and heals you for a lot more. It just did like 30k on a level 90 enemy, and I'm only level 70.

All of this is in addition to everything you get from Staff Of Homa.

Also, I just seen this:

The damage is too nasty though.

Apparently people are just using her for her elemental skill, swapping her out when it's over, then swapping her back in for an elemental burst.

This is especially good with Xingqiu, for vaporize.
