Something that I think that could be a dope add would be a sort of elemental item that temporarily powers up your Elemental Skills and Burst, similar to how one of the towers in the Lantern Event game came power up the elemental towers. Not only would your skill get a boost in damage, but overall utility. Like for example, Venti's charged Elemental Skill would triple the aerial boost height that it gives you and that it'll actually even lift heavy enemies off the ground as well. Perhaps Sucrose will allow for two different elements to enter her Burst, like Ice and Fire, producing melt immediately with each hit.As far as getting burned out or having to log in dailyI actually enjoy having some quick stuff to do every day. I do my commissions and burn through my resin daily, at most it takes like 20 minutes. The only time it gets kinda hairy is when they add timed events like the lantern stuff but even then I comfortably cleared the shop with 4-5 days to spare on the event.
I do agree they need to leave in some of these events permanently though. Just swap out the rewards. Also add dumb shyt like fishing or gardening. I'm not personally interested in that sort of thing but I played "FFXI" for like 15 years and a gang of people logged in daily just to do stuff like that.
Something else they need to steal from "FFXI" is Notorious Monsters. It was a rare monster with special loot that would randomly appear instead of a normal monster, after respawn.
Also some were timed, appear once every 24-48 hours, etc. Some only appeared like once a week, those had really rare gear. But that was a game with thousands of players on the same server so the fukkery was off the charts.

Best support in the game and should honestly be a 5*.
His elemental burst gives his base attack (the white number if you look at his stats) to everyone in the red circle.
Mine at level 80 has a base attack of 688. So that's a free 688 attack for your team. And that's not even with a 5* weapon on him, and his elemental burst is only level 7.
Plus you're constantly healed up to 75% of your HP while in the circle, too.
