Probably not until patch 1.6. We're currently on 1.3.
If I remember correctly there's a nation for each element and so far we've only gotten two. They plan on updating and adding to this game for years man.

They were basically hitmen for gods and all of them except one either died or lost their minds.

I got like 3-4 other characters uncapped to 90 though. The rest are either capped at 80 or below.
Regardless, this event thing is going on for like 3 weeks so you'll get some EXP books out of it.

Diluc has his 1st constellation so I want to focus on him next but I need a healer badly so will likely do that

Content doesn't need to be limited release, just last longer is all. There should be up to three different contents going on at once before one of them gets traded out. I hate only have 7-10 days to do shyt. This is hardly the only game that I'm playing and I hate the feeling that it gives me that I'll be missing out on shyt.
Nah man, it is limited release already. Which is whatever to me personally but we're getting updates every 5 weeks and when they do big dumps like this it typically lasts 3 weeks then there's 2 weeks of dead space.
It would be better if they spread this out for the entire 5 weeks. Then on top of all this, we're getting 3 character banners (Xiao, Keqing, and Hu Tao) and two weapon banners (the Jade one, then Staff Of Homa/Wolf's Gravestone).
