The Problem and it’s been a Problem for 3 seasons now is that Mercedes still thinks like a team with the Out and Out best car when they don’t have that and they make shyt decisions and poor pit stops and terrible strategies hoping for the Drivers and Car to do the work for them.

Plan is to go long. If he can't get through Leclerc then it's back to management. I expect 3 laps and then he'll back off a ways.
