RB has so much more power, they haven't gone even close to all out at any point this season
According to Allison in the last debrief, they're going to bring some things in parallel so fingers crossed. I still think RBR has a chunk of pace in hand but a new floor, diffuser, something to bring the downforce and they can be right back in it. When we see them able to bring a high downforce wing like Red Bull did and still kill it on pace, we'll know the fight is back on.

Yeah I still don’t see Merc touching Max in a fair one this year. At least they should be in the ballpark though for when when he may slip up in quali, or play the 2vs1 strategy game during the race when Checo not involved for whatever reason.

My poor Ferrari team. Car can't keep its tires alive even at 75% pace. 
The car literally does nothing particularly well. Eats tires, lack downforce, isn't very fast in a straight line, apparently extremely difficult to drive, and drivers don't know how its going to react to any changes in fuel/tires in the race.
At least Mercedes had the advantage of being kind on its tires since last year. Just didn't have the rest of the package. Will be interesting to see if it continues to be this quick as it was fast in Spain last year even with the OG W13 design.
