i kinda feel bad for danny ric, but he put himself in that position. could've stayed at RBR as a clear number 2, but in better position with redbull's advancements and potentially lining up a move to Merc (albeit to another no. 2 spot). now he's either going back to RBR as a backup or heading to merc in the same position.

He didn't want to be the second incarnation of Webber, I don't blame him. But there's life outside of F1. If the FIA doesn't fukk up the new WEC rules then he'll be able to snag a good Hypercar drive before long.
