The stewards and the FIA have put themselves in an impossible situation.

I have been replying this race all week.

Last night I took a look at the sprint race again.

Guess what I saw. On the first lap in the same corner, Max was on the outside and Sainz was in the inside. Sainz took the line that Max should have taken.

Notice Sainz had the speed from the slipstream and still made that corner. Max was forced to go on the run off but that's actually a perfect example of a fair pass on the inside in that corner. If Max had done that, there would be no argument.

If the timestamp doesn't work it's 36 seconds in

They gave Max a free pass. These fukking people.

The stewards feel the footage is new, it was unavailable at the time, it is relevant but it is NOT significant.

"...there is nothing in the footage that fundamentally changes the facts..."

It is important to note that the following is not an affirmation or review of the Stewards decision made during the race, but rather an assessment regarding whether the right of review exists

Two faced mother fukkers

A couple of times before he started a run, they've told him they need a second of full throttle. I'm not learned enough to know why :yeshrug:

I feel like someone is going to crash on that pit lane entry.

Hope it isn't Lewis.
