I heard about that signing, it shocked me. I've always rated him. One of those talents that just needed the right manager at the right time.

With this current squad, a good/great manager has this team hovering around 6-9th whilst clearly marking the players that need to go. Good coaching and tactics can go a long way and Arteta has shown that he doesn’t have the ability to uplift the team performance.
