Central midfield play is garbage in the Premiership. Pogba may actually deserve to be in the TOTY, but thats only because of how sorry CMs in the league are. Who would you have ahead of him? Henderson? Neves? Not a lot to choose from.

You can blame the players around him but there is no excuse for his lack of effort on the pitch. Barely tracks back, barely tackles and when he gets the ball he plays at his own pace. Leaving Serie A seriously exposed him.
Instead of taking out Mane, who has 1 assist all season, you want to take out Aguero who is top of the scoring charts and scored big goals against Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea.
