This is what happens when you have a mid-tier manager trying to run a big club. He should of made his intentions to leave in the Summer and left, not wait with a week to go that he wasn't going to sign a new contract, he knew he wasn't signing one, when he came back for pre season. Now the fact that the team he wanted to go to and play CM hasn't won since he joined them and has played at best 10mins in CM. Just looks comical now, he was in such a hurry to leave that his new team hasn't won and Arsenal haven't lost since he left.
