Any half decent striker is going to cost a lot these days. It's not a surprise after teams shifted from the Ruud van nistelrooy type finisher to the type involved in build ups that the market became sparse. Outside of them the market is thinning out unless a team can identify a striker with potential and ready for a break out season.
