To me a technical player is someone who makes plays for his teammates. Doesn't necessarily have speed or super strength but has the brain to control a teams defense by simply shifting his hips or finds space around to keep a play alive. If you watch the likes of Sergio Busquets, Iniesta you'll see these guys barely move on the field but no matter where they are they could feed a ball that is threat from anywhere. I guess to me technical players are the center mids of the team
