It’s an indictment on Slot that he put out that stupid team, happy to be corrected but feel confident saying that McConnell hasn’t played at rb at all coming up through the ranks and certainly not in a 5, in a formation we haven’t used all season, on 3 days rest that I know they had no time on the training pitch to work on. Vs a team playing in a CL Ro16 in the only competition they have any ‘realistic’ chance of winning on a week’s rest with players that have played all season and PSV have been horrendous and not up for it at all tonight, they are in no way comparableFunny thing this arsenal score,put the final coffin on chiesa,Harvey Eliott and whatever other guys that played like shyt that day

Slot was arrogant and it was clearly not a priority, this was their biggest game of the season and they put out their strongest team I do rate Harvey, jury is out on Chiesa but I didn’t expect anything too much this season, the fact that the senior players all collectively looked so horrible says Slot didn’t have them ready to go.
