I would genuinely be having a long chat with the board, DoF, etc, if I were Brexit Jim. I would be at the point of sacking him, or very close to it.

He has done a pretty awful job thus far, and I think in large part due to this ridiculous insistence on playing ‘his‘ formation.

If the game ended now, none of these players would, or maybe even should, be part of an Amorim MU XI from next season, and the younger players will be affected by half a season of loss after loss, the reaction of the crowd at OT, and I’d imagine that the dressing room is probably a pretty unhappy place.

It’s a total rebuild if you keep him, and the major problems with that are that United can’t spend due to PSR unless they generate money from player sales; Amorim is in a very small group of managers using this magical formation as default and therefore presumably a second immediate rebuild needed once he is gone; and lastly he has offered no real sign that he is forth entrusting with the kets to the castle And that’s either on or off the pitch.

I’ve convinced myself that I’d be firing him if they lose today.

They cant afford to fire him

TBH RVN isnt lighting the world on fire at LCity, but I wouldve kept him. He seemed to have some swagger to him, and was very pragmatic and focused on getting results....fukk style points. Thats what you need while United is going through this roster rebuild.

Also, hes cheap to keep.
