Few questions on Man City

1) Why did they sell Palmer, particularly to another PL rival? De Bruyne is getting old, Grealish is kind of ehh, guys like Bernardo are older too. From a squad building standpoint, wouldn't Palmer be a must keep for the long run? Palmer balling at Chelsea right now makes Man City look dumb.

Whats to say Chelsea version of Cole Palmer would be the same player at Citeh? Palmer plays too risky for someone like Pep. Palmer would of been Pepstrated if he stayed at Citeh.

2) What happened to Grealish? He seemed to be putting up good minutes in Champions League a couple of years ago?
