Chelsea has been struggling to get Raphinha so I don't really see them swooping in to pay 80m for FDJ and also cover his additional 17m in wages Barca is refusing to pay.
They're already spending around 80m on Sterling and Ake. Then they need to get in at least one more defender, right wing replacement for Ziyech and finally vanity signing Ronaldo.
Don't see where FDJ fits in there but with a new owner anything is possible I guess
