Pulisic is a bum. He spends all his time running or dribbling to nowhere. On USMNT, he can get away with being the centerpiece of the attack because Gio is always hurt and we don't have any consistent forwards in that very young and inexperienced rotation. On Chelsea, he's like the fifth- or sixth-best attacker at best and, when he's not up against Paama or Trinidad and Tobago, he's easy to mark out of the game.
