These pass the ball into net managers need to realize its not your systems, is the players. Pep had elite level players at Barca, Bayern and first round at City. And most the core was there before he got there.

He does it everytime. He has pace/athleticism in the team, at the start of the reign and it is really potent and then for some reason he decides to ditch it for more tekkers and makes the team too predictable.
Rodri isnt suited to the PL. His lack of athleticism/pace gets exposed when Citeh get hit on the counter, as he is often out of position playing too high up.
Don't think Bernardo Silva is a CM well not in the PL anyway. Has always looked better playing from the right.
Its his ego, dude thinks he can plug in anyone in his system.
Completing negating the fact it's the players he dislikes so much(Those Athletics with Tekkers) that made it all work.

They need to phuck off the EL. Further they go in that the less likely they'll win the league. Sun, Thur, Mon, Thur, Sun fixtures isn't title challenging friendly for anyone.
