goals matter more now than ever before, look at the emergence of inside forwards and how much they contribute goal wise. meanwhile traditional wide players are a rarity.in regards to the second point, of course, he's a kid and still learning the ropes. he could have had a career hindering injury today. The whole point of pursuing Sancho is so we have someone more experienced at this level, albeit young as well, and Greenwood will play understudy for the frontline as he develops.
Martial needed more composure there. Greenwood puts that on frame at least.

i am not talking about traditional wide players. I'm talking about wide forwards that can do more than just scoring goals.
