Pique owns/co-owns a production company called Kosmos studios (hardly anyone knew this before this week).
We find out this week that Griezmann's plan to announce his future was going to be via a cringeworthy LeBron James 'The decision' interview/documentary.
We find out the day before the Griezmann's 'Decision' documentary airing that Pique's production was the one that filmed, produced and distributed it. It was apparently in planning for many months.
On the day of the announcement Pique takes to twitter to promote his production company and tells people to watch 'The Decision' tonight produced by Kosmos Studios.
Documentary is aired, Griezmann announces he is staying.
all in all, Pique just promoting his company and he knew the decision before it was aired :stopitslime:

Ok friend. If you consider getting Barca fans hopes up, pissing off his club's board, and making a fool out of himself trolling everyone then sure, that was some a1 trolling

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know which team Griezmann was choosing before he decided to produce the video and he thought his involvement could help sway him to join Barca. It's either that or he's dumb as fukk.

Barcelona to probe Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti roles in Antoine Griezmann decision

Barcelona will speak to Gerard Pique and Samuel Umtiti over their involvement in Antoine Griezmann's decision to turn them down and renew his contract with Atletico Madrid.

Pique's company produced the documentary in which Griezmann rejected an offer to sign for Barca, while Umtiti publicised the airing of the programme via social media.

Barca had no idea the documentary was being made and were shocked at the manner in which Griezmann's decision was finally revealed after months of talks with the France forward.

"As a club, we respect Griezmann's decision to renew with Atletico as we respect any player's right to decide their future," vice president Jordi Mestre said at the presentation of Eric Abidal as the club's new sporting director. "But we feel bad for the supporters who felt disappointed with the way it happened and the way the final resolution came out.

"[Club president Josep Maria] Bartomeu spoke with Pique to tell him that his involvement provoked surprise and discomfort at the club and among fans. We will speak with him and Umtiti internally after the World Cup about what happened but we won't make any more public comments."

Wilshere is a good player but so injury prone. His a free transfer so his worth the risk for small teams. West Ham would be good for him

You can't keep both Wilshire and Ozil because they like working the same spaces on the pitch. Truth be told they're gonna regret giving Mesut that extension. He's not a big-time player.
