breh, kill all that noise, it doesn't change the fact that he's been average in Europe

He got knocked out of the group stage by Galataseray in his final season there and later knocked out by Benfica in Europa later on. Meanwhile Allegri took that same group to the finals while knocking out the defending champion. But like I said, I think he will do good next season.
He had Marchisio, Vidal,Pirlo, and Pogba and got knocked out in that first round. The problem was that the back 3 he used never seemed to work in Europe as well as it did in Italy and he did not have an answer, he took them to where they needed to be but Allegri improved them. Allegri actually changes his tactics in Europe, for example, he switched in Dani Alves for Cuadrado and initially used the back 3 until he shifted it around to find ways to accommodate his midfield.

These English former players are always salty about not getting the coaching jobs, Phil Neville was on NBC talking about how he is having a hard time finding a job and Hull appointed an unknown Portuguese:umad: He is not the only one on that foreigners are taking our jobs:heh:

The other major nations have good managers that are better than English managers who have Big Sam , Pardew and Southgate. Italian managers have won in many countries and Spanish teams utilize a director of football and the Germans too. There used to be more British managers in the 90s but their failure at clubs like Liverpool and the success of Wenger, Gullit, and others convinced other teams to appoint foreigners.
