we all know arsenal aren't going to hold up. they'll end the season comfortably behind City in 2nd or 3rd.

City has the largest squad. their second unit would compete for the PL and either win it or lose by less than 5 points

only Liverpool starting line up is better than City's second unit

it's crazy because it's not like Pep has been spending more money than everyone else in the last 4 years, where they have really dominated.

speaking of upping the average level, I don't think the mid level teams in the PL are better than the ones in la liga. I just think Barca and Madrid have up their level this year like how City have been doing their last few.
