EE/T Mobile have a £12.50 p/m HD plan for the 5 BT sports channels, that you can chrome cast. If you are a EE custom, you get all the channels, if you don't buy the HD package, you are only able to watch off your phone.

Premier Sports has a online streaming service, that you can subscribe to if you don't have SKY/Virgin/BT.

Amazon will have rights for a few PL games, not sure when tho. 99% of the football is on 3 Sports channels.
