We have no depth what's so ever. We need another solid midfielder (two to be honest), right winger and probably a backup striker.

I don't think that's depth. The first 11 needed 5 players not the squad. We only really got 2 players for the first 11. We can only think about depth once your first 11 is strong enough. And this aint at. Its very very mediocre.
