A 32 team super league. Essentially top 24 clubs would stay in regardless of domestic league (ie Milan could qualify next year despite finishing out of top 4), the 4 Europa League semifinalists would be promoted, and then 4 other teams that win their domestic league (Dynamo Kiev, Ajax, them teams).

This won't work. They'll need the English clubs to agree to it and they won't budge. They're already making way more money than the big teams in other leagues. All this would do is even the revenue playing field between Barca/Real, Juventus, and the EPL top 6.

I don't know if this will be the format but we will eventually see a super league of some sort in the near future
