Celebrations To Banned At 2018 World Cup In Latest Crazy Rule Introduced By FIFA

Stars scoring VAR goals at the World Cup will not be able to celebrate in in a radical decision set to be announced by FIFA.

Now FIFA are ready to confirm controversial plans to allow players to mark any VAR awarded goals with only reserved high fives or prayer.

Once a goal has been awarded, the referee will begin monitoring player celebrations. Any player that is deemed to have excessively celebrated will immediately receive a Yellow Card for their actions.

FIFA are hoping limiting celebrations will promote good sportsmanship and will reduce hostility between those on and off the pitch.

FIFA's refereeing chief Hans Wypipo said: 'This is a landmark moment for our sport, and we hope that it leads to less monkeying around on the pitch and more respect between the athletes.
