I havent been to that area in about 2 years, adn I know they built some apartments and a Five Guys there. But driving on that main rode (which is under the PATH bridge) coming off the turnpike, I def saw some hood like surroundings that us hood people know.

It may have changed, hence why I made the comment about gentrification, but it was def hood back then.
