How shyt is America's winger depth when we gotta emergency evacuate this young boy Julian Green and have him change his FIFA nationality right in time for the WC? :heh:
aint that the truth

we are definitely in a no-lose situation this world cup

i intend to make the best excuses, incorporate the best denials, use the best cliches this summer, while still talking the most logic-defying garbage like the finest of coli posters

I thought I heard that Bayern wanted someone to penetrate the American market.

I thought I heard that Bayern wanted someone to penetrate the American market.
where?

sounds like a rumor from h4t3rz that think american players still dont train every day. oh wait, that was a few weeks ago when someone from man city asked kreis that question? never mind

bayern: julian, pick usa, we want to penetrate the american market.
green: will you promise me a starting spot for the next 10 years?
bayern: well we just might if you do this for us, everyone knows we're twice as good as all the other teams right now, it's ok if one of our players isn't up to standard. if you want to crack the american market these days, you need to make sacrifices.
green: ok, no problem. i declare americanness!
bayern: start the adidas campaign.

he can't possibly have made that decision for himself!

http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/03/julian-green-jerry-green-usmnt-germany/

Green’s father says the family identified with Klinsmann, but that his son found something else with the United States he found attractive — a family atmosphere.

“Growing up, Julian’s always liked people. He’s always liked family,” his father said. “He loves when family is around. He’s that kind of person. He likes people.”

When asked if the family feeling was one that attracted Green to the United States men’s national team — it was widely reported that captain Clint Dempsey personally gave Green a jersey when he visited the camp — Jerry Green’s response was unequivocal: “Absolutely.”

He continued: “I absolutely believe that. Personally I believe that the driving force for Julian, and this is my personal opinion — I haven’t asked Julian about the decision exactly — but I’m certain, because I know my son, it goes back to his love of people. He loves family…I can understand how the American environment there on that team would be attractive to him.”

USMNT > all

Jerry Green also had a little story about his two sons. When they were younger, he recalls, the older Justin (who was born in Germany, but attended high school in the states) would poke fun at his brother when young Julian forgot an English word.

“Julian would get very defensive when his brother would make fun of [his English],” his father said. “So Julian would say to his brother, ‘Yeah, well, I was born in America and you weren’t. I’m from Tampa and you’re not. You’re German. I’m an American.’”

very Terrence Boyd-ish

Brek shea isnt who they thought he was :heh:

English teams can't develop players for shyt. If Brek Shea playing for Hamburg or a Sassuolo, he would scored about 5 goals 7 assists by now . They would been patient and let him adapt to their style. English clubs always want to throw players to the fire and let them burn.

Barnsley nor England doesn't deserve a player like Brek Shea.

Managers are trying to win games. Nobody has time to develop players. Yo either have something to show right now or :camby:
