In England, with all these games going on at the same time, how many channels are showing the game or what packages do you have to buy to see all of them/the team you want? And are there local channels to certain regions of England/UK?
With Sky you have red button coverage of the other available games.

If you wanted to watch the Manchester United game and lived in Manchester, would you always be able to see it on TV vs in London, where Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, etc would be more available, or is it not regional at all?

No it isn't a regional thing like in the US. You watch the games that the providers broadcast. Sometimes it's Sky, some times it's TNT and to a lesser extent Prime. For example the games this week were all broadcast on Prime
