Yeah Martinelli could of been used a bit more this season but any Arsenal fan telling me they ain'teverytime when Martinelli or Tierney go down is a liar and I put that on grape.
Perfect example of this is Dembele. When Valverde was at Barca he never eased Dembele back into the side. He deployed him on the wing and said "just run" as if the kid couldn't dribble or score. So he kept snapping hamstrings.
Reducing the league I don't think is the issue. I think its no winter break, a league cup no one cares about and dumb ass international breaks.
- Create EPL Winter Break
- Kill the League Cup (or truncate it to a playoff)
- International Qualifiers played in May & July. With no international breaks, the season would end a couple of weeks sooner.
- No winter WC's ever again
