The funny part is Bayern is still one of the best teams in europe... and one of the favs for winning the ucl this year. They are the only "huge" club in europe that dont spend 100 mill plus on players and dint give astronomical wages to their players.

Lucas is on over 200k Leroy is on 275k Neuer and Lewa on over 300k a week. Anything over 200k p/w is astronomical.

When your able to strip your domestic rivals (and let's keep it reality is it a rivalry everyone else is fighting for scraps) of their best players and have most of the NT players as the core of your squad it makes it easier. Also they have countless big German business sponsors. It's like a whose who. Don't fall for that hooker with the heart of gold nonsense from Bayern.

He really tried to say that Bayern a small club that builds property :laff: :laff: they are just like their barbaric ancestors that pillage and take everyone else’s treasures

Messi was the superglue that was holding the decrepit structure of Barcelona together. That team has been :flabbynsick: for years and he was papering over the cracks. Now he’s gone, Barca are going back to their pre-Pep/Rijkaard days.

Barca had three main things going for them from 05-2015.

1. The Spanish national team was going through a golden era, especially with Iniesta, Puyol, Xavi, Busquets and Pique… the spine of the Barca team.

2. Having Henry, Eto’o and Ronaldinho not only gave Barca that flair but they helped Barca transition into that untouchable era of 08-15.

3. And of course, Messi.

Neymar should’ve been the heir to Messi’s throne. Once he was sold, it was over for Barca. You could see the building collapse layer by layer.

They need a clear out from top to bottom.

What's even more crazy is that Neymar wanted to leave PSG and return to Barcelona, but the soccer gods said . Neymar ends up getting his wish to reunite with Messi. Not with Barca, but with PSG.

I've just watched the past few years unfold and started wondering to the soccer gods

I just rewatched "Take the Ball, Pass the Ball" on Netflix last week. Those days are long gone :snoop:

Don't understand why fans of other teams care what happens to Ole
Was hoping there’d be a chance of him choosing Canada since his best friend Alphoso Davies is here. Good on him though, there’s way more prestige in playing for England.

Prestige eh :mjpls:

God bless the Queen :mjpls:

That’s because they own Germany
owning your domestic league dont mean shyt...psg owns league 1 juve used to own serie a (a reach... i know but its true) bayern always seemed to be the most constant 'huge' club in europe.
