only team playing at an elite level right now is Bayern. a healthy Liverpool would do them in since they've lost Thiago. But that's besides the point. Its not all about the talent on the team, but systems, match ups, strength and weakness. I will agree with City thing u said , they probably would lose to united now that i think about it.
Issue with United, is that they cant defend, who is stopping Haaland, Reus(healthy) reyna,Sancho??? united are their own worst enemy so. coach is stupid sorry, outside of cavani no true finisher. Halaand for all the goals still has flaws when there's not space. I think you are seriously overrating those other Dortmund players. Sancho is not a player that frightens defensive minded dms and cb. He's not really mesmerizing without a top fb. He's not a winger that can run an entire side of the field by himself
