I read that Arsenal might be thinking about snapping up Fekir.

A real conundrum: Fekir is the player they need (Ramsey replacement) but you can't really buy him with Ozil still on the roster.

Thoughts on Rodri and Angelino?

Rodri is what we've needed for a while. An actual defensive midfielder who should take over as Fernandinho slows down. Has all the attributes plus he's over 6 feet, great piece of transfer business.

Angelino is a home grown player(so he helps with that quota), had a very low buy back clause and did very well for PSV last season. Helps give us insurance in case Mendy gets injured again. I rate Zinchenko but he's not an actual left back and you can see that in his defensive instincts as well as how he attacks in the final third(he doesn't stay on the flank and spray in crosses like Mendy and Angelino, he plays more inverted). A welcome return and it shows the kids in the academy that if you trust the process and perform you can find your way back to City if you want.

That's around how much he is worth to be honest. Maybe up it a little and put pressure on CP.
Make that at least 65 million.

He is 26, plays for an EPL team that doesn't have to sell and even though he switched national teams he should still get the 10m British player bump.

Atleti taking a helluva risk.

It’s our M.O. Sell a star and then use that money to buy a new version. If João Félix lives up to his potential we’ll cash out on him two or three years and make the money back.

Any transfer has its risk, he could be a complete flop, but as of today it’s a good move.

126m is ridiculous though, even by today's standards :picard:
