He is by far the best manager in the world lol. Give Pep and Klopp garbage teams like United, Spurs, and Roma, and they won't win shyt. Look at how Klopp did at Liverpool the first couple of seasons. Roma are on a weaker level than that Liverpool side and Mourinho still got a trophy out of them

big clubs like Juve, Barca amongst his "mates" built their prestige on winning the europa league's old format. yeah barca who only had one european cup until 2006 and juve who are more famous for losing european cup finals than winning them.
in fact many of YOUR "hot take" "mate clubs" like citeh, psg and the rest haven't even won the europa league/eufa cup (in all football history).
of the many teams in the champions league ONLY 5 are historic regular winners.
i would get out the tables and show them to you but can't be bothered.

statistical illiteracy.
i. there are only a few big club seats. do you understand that a manager being free has to coincide with a big club needing a manager.
ii. there are only a few football club clusters (e.g. barca+real+a. madrid or man utd+liverpool+city),
iii. once you manage a big club in a cluster you cannot easily manager another club in the same cluster.
you cannot move from city or liverpool to manage man utd without significant difficulties.
iv. management culture plays a role. klopp not being compatible with man utd. mou not compatible with bayern etc.
that means that each manager can go to say 3 - 5 massive clubs ONLY because in doing so he will have exhausted all clusters.
mou has managed Man Utd, Chelsea, Inter, Porto, Spurs .. that rules out big clubs like Liverpool, Barca, Juve, AC Milan and Mou is not compatible with Bayern.
that is why when they mentioned his next "big" destination they spoke about PSG because there are not many places for him to go to - other than to return to a club he has been at before.
it is the same with Pep. Bayern rules out the other big clubs in Germany. Man City rules out the other big clubs in England. Barca rules out the olther massive clubs in spain. Even for Pep there are not many more places to go.
