Coutinho has been getting killed in the Spanish media for his price tag and lack of production. The English media probably hasn’t attacked him as viciously, because he plays in La Liga.

I honestly have started to feel bad for Coutinho, because he’s a low key & sensitive dude and you can tell the media/fan pressure is getting to him.

did they really need Coutinho or was it just a panic buy because of neymar. dembele makes sense because they pretty much play the same position. Coutinho is more of a # 10 and they have messi for that and hes not exactly central mid like xavi or iniesta(too much of a liability defensively) to play next to rakitic and busquets :francis::yeshrug:
