Any time they say there is money in the bank I know there will be no transfers. I knew the moment Wilshere came back and Arteta got some game time that Wenger was probably sitting there saying it's like having a new signing. The man has taken up squad places with injured players like Diaby all the time. Wilshere,Arteta, and Rosicky were probably considered as cover when we all know how they won't be reliable.
