Vertonghen should have been shown a straight red for one challenge (went in from behind, was nowhere near the ball, and raked his studs down the back of his ankle) but didn't even receive a yellow.

When have you ever seen the best player(s) in any league not receive a bit of protection from the refs? They wouldn't allow the opposition to breathe on Hazard if he played for another club.

Sneijder is the cheaper option but I think hes going to back to Inter to play behind Podolski and Icardi/Palacios and Juve will probably make the effort and buy shaquiri he can play in the hole behind the strikers or move him up/wide play off Tevez in a Robben/Suarez type support striker role with Tevez as the # 9 and bring marchisio to add more recuperation/possession to the midfield and drop Llorente off
