..last friendly that was THAT interesting were Sounders vs Man United but Sounders wanted to rest players and subbed whole starting XI at 0-1 down at HT and ended up losing 0-7..
legitimately one of the only times the legit XI from Man Utd vs legit XI from a top MLS team happened and we only get 45 proper minutes..

Lol fair enough. I think against the top sides Bayern lacked intensity, like Barca recently they play a timid, slow possession game so it can be boring for some. It's also easy for the opposition to play against.
Last years bayern were more direct but also played possesion football. This year its all possesion football but in peps way which doesnt really fit with his bayern side cause they dont chase after ball quickly enough once they lose it like peps barcelona tiki-taka.

I was happy i just got to see the match live. I watched that shyt on the way to my game...watched the trophy ceremony when i got home. Im proud of our guys for fighting back.
On top of that, they're still predominately a wing side, their most direct play comes from their wings. I think playing through the middle is difficult for them. I feel for Pep though, it was really only against the top teams (Real, Dortmund) that his Bayern team looked bad. They scored some stunning passing move orientated goals this season. I reckon next season they'll be stronger.
