they dont need experience, they need someone that can make a team complete...chemistry is a big factor here..seedorf spent almost a decade there and knows this club like the back of his hand, you have experience managers that dont do well with teams..moyes for example, then you have inexperience ones who flourish..you need to start somewhere and be successful to become experienced. Balotelli is a problem, his output doesn't amount to the trouble he gives and there are many world class strikers that is out of his league. he has been given ample opportunity and he is his worse enemy at this point.

No the problem is not balotelli. Seedorf is berlusconi's pick while Galliani wanted pippo to succeed Allegri. Seedorf has won the 2nd most points since his appointment. I think Galliani needs to go

chemistry won't help that team get back on top. They need to buy players and that's what Seedorf is asking for.

I never said the problem was balotelli, I was replying to the poster that made a comment to me....I know what the problem is why they were pushing seedorf to the side, which is bs in my opinion.
