Yeah, that scene was great acting but it was depressing as fukk and disgusting on a psychological level.

In fact after they left the mom's house the movie got pretty damn sad. Dude had no idea how to handle a relationship.

Lives on his own. Not much contact with outside world. Has a ridiculously romantic view on women too.

Dude was a complete a$$hole for most of that movie


The criticisms I've read in the reviews were how people were miffed that a chick could just appear like that and everyone sees her. I don't know why people watch movies sometimes when people think like that.
