So that's it? Probably muddies the waters between club and player but the way it's talked about makes it seem like it mandates a club to sell. Only a sucker would hand in a tranfser request, especially with 30+ million
transfers.

A club like Chelsea, PSG, Real, Monaco will probably make up the forfeited transfer monies with a signing bonus or salary increase.

From what I understand, the loyality bonuses coming in on the 1st Sept, the day after the transfer window closes, but with this years window closing on the 2nd Sept its thrown a spanner in the works
