Fans take that shyt for granted. They think clubs are these romantic entities with unlimited funds and scouting networks in every corner of the globe. Think about every job you've worked where the manager was checked out or the owner gave no fukks about the facilities or worker happiness. Same shyt applies at football clubs.

The moment Arsenal's ownership structure was sorted out that club got RIGHT back on track. The ownership supported the football division and the manager and that translates to players who have a clear understanding of the vision.
